Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Panels
Carefully repack the acoustic panels in their original protective cardboard and foam inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
